i-SABIIn the app (quickest)
Open i-SABI, go to Me → Security → Delete account, confirm with your password. Your account closes immediately.
What happens
- Your account closes at once: you're signed out and can't sign in again.
- After 30 days we erase your profile, photo, moments, comments, messages you sent and your push tokens. Contact us before then if it was a mistake.
- Money left in your wallet, SmartSave or SafeLock is never lost: withdraw it first, or we contact you to pay it to your bank account before anything is erased.
- Shop orders still in progress must be completed or cancelled first.
- We keep transaction and payment records, and the identity details tied to them, for the periods Nigerian law requires (see the privacy policy).
